Infrastructure setup

GPU infrastructure for AI models in Kubernetes

Client

A company developing solutions based on artificial intelligence models, requiring a stable environment for running AI workloads with GPU acceleration.

Challenge

The company wanted to develop AI solutions but did not have an environment prepared for running models in an organized, scalable, and operationally secure way. The challenge was to build the infrastructure from the ground up: with support for GPUs, containers, and automation, so that AI models could be quickly tested, deployed, and maintained without manually managing individual servers. The goal was to create a stable foundation for the further development of AI projects, as well as better management of computing resources.

Solution

We prepared an environment based on VMware and Kubernetes. We configured virtual machines as cluster nodes, GPU passthrough, NVIDIA drivers, and graphics card support at the pod level. During the work, we also tested a GPU-sharing variant using NVIDIA mechanisms and a license server. After testing, we chose a simpler model: a physical GPU resource assigned to a specific workload.

Automated application deployment to production for the development team

Client

A development team building a web application for business clients. The project is maintained by several programmers, with frequent code changes and regular deployments to the production environment.

Challenge

Deployments to production were performed manually by developers or an administrator. The process required logging into the server, pulling the current version of the code, building the application, restarting services, and verifying everything by hand. This created a risk of errors, a lack of full reproducibility, and delays in publishing changes. Every deployment involved technical staff and made it harder to respond quickly to fixes and new features.

Solution

We implemented a CI/CD process that automates building, testing, and publishing the application to production. After changes are approved in the repository, the system automatically triggers the pipeline, performs the required validation steps, builds the application, and deploys it to the production server according to a defined scenario. The process was secured with access control, environment variables, and the ability to track deployment history.

Challenge

Orders came in through 4 channels (email, phone, online store, wholesalers) and were manually re-entered into Excel spreadsheets, which led to errors and delays of up to 3 business days.

Solution

We implemented an n8n automation integrating all channels with the client's ERP system. Orders are parsed, verified, and passed to production without human involvement.
